Puvan started his first cleaning business in London in 2011, and spent the years since earning the respect of local businesses across the city.
His family was in it with him from the start, handling the day-to-day work alongside him. Loon is that same family, bringing the same standard to businesses right across Ontario.
We have cleaned a lot of different buildings. A car dealership is nothing like a dental office, and neither one is anything like a grocery store. But what people want from a cleaning company turns out to be the same everywhere. Show up. Do it right. Care about the result and be accountable for it.
So that is what we do. Everything is documented, so you know exactly what you are paying for, and there is an owner you can actually reach. This is a family business, and we take real pride in the work that carries our name.

The same faces, trained on your building
Cleaning quality is almost entirely a staffing question. Consistent crews who know a site outperform a rotating roster every time, so we staff for retention rather than for the lowest possible hourly cost.
- Site-specific training before the first shift: access and alarm procedures, restricted areas, equipment handling and your building's particular priorities.
- Uniformed and identifiable staff, so anyone working late knows who is in the building.
- WHMIS and safe product handling training, with safety data sheets available on site.
- Supervisor inspections on a set schedule, measured against your written scope, with reports shared with you.
- Criminal record checks can be arranged for assigned staff where a contract or site requires them.

Serious contracts come with paperwork. On request we provide:
- Certificate of commercial general liability insurance
- WSIB clearance certificate
- Health and safety policy
- WHMIS and training records
- Product lists, certifications and safety data sheets
- Canadian-origin confirmation for supplies
